1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any software ("Product") from SamGlavn Shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

2. Nature of Digital Goods (NO REFUNDS)

All products sold are virtual, non-tangible digital items (license keys).

• All Sales Are Final: Once a key has been delivered or viewed, it cannot be returned.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for "accidental purchases," "change of mind," or "incompatibility." It is your responsibility to check system requirements before buying.
• Disputes/Chargebacks: Any attempt to dispute a payment (Chargeback) will result in an immediate blacklist from our store and the permanent deactivation of your license. We report fraud to global blacklist databases.

3. Product Status & Updates

• Downtime: We are not developers of all software sold. If a game updates and the software needs "freezing" for safety, time is not compensated unless stated otherwise.
• Discontinuation: If a product is discontinued by the developer, no refunds will be issued for the remaining time.

4. Liability & Gaming Accounts

• Use at Your Own Risk: You understand that using third-party software in games violates their ToS.
• Bans: SamGlavn Shop is NOT responsible for any bans, suspensions, or loss of access to your game accounts. We do not guarantee "Undetected" status forever. You use the software entirely at your own risk.

5. License & HWID

Keys are for personal use only.

HWID Lock: Most keys bind to your specific hardware. Sharing your key or attempting to use it on a different PC may trigger an automatic ban of the key. We do not reset HWID without valid proof of PC upgrade.

6. Delivery

Delivery is automated. In rare cases of stock error, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
